For universities

Entry to the championship is by invitation from the organizing committee. This is what happens once your university has one.

How registration works

Four stages, from the committee’s invite to accreditation cards at the gate.

  1. Invitation

The organizing committee sends your university a single-use invite link. You create the coordinator account from it and accept the portal’s data-handling terms — there is no public sign-up.

  2. Build the squad

Open a team for each sport and gender, then work through six steps: coordinator, team officials, documents, players, squad numbers, and the declaration.

  3. Eligibility screening

Upload the stamped roster and each player’s civil ID, university ID, and transcript. The portal reads them, builds the roster, and rules every player against the handbook.

  4. Review and cards

The committee reviews each finding and approves or returns the squad for revision. Approved teams get accreditation cards with a QR code officials scan at the venue.

What you submit

The centrepiece is your registrar’s stamped team sheet: every player, their jersey number, and their birth year. You upload it alongside each player’s civil ID, university ID, and transcript — and the portal reads the roster off them for you.

Over-age players are allowed within each sport’s exception slots, and the sheet shows exactly how many of those a squad has used.

What the committee checks

Screening is not a formality. Every player is ruled against the handbook, and every finding carries the section it comes from — so a returned squad tells you exactly what to fix.
